Ms. Gaspardo is the firm's Collection Department Manager. She has been full time with the firm since 2009. Ms. Gaspardo had over six years of experience with KLF prior to her promotion to a Collection Manager in 2015. She started in the firm's Support Department; answering phones, preparing legal documents for service, and reporting collector performance. She moved to the Collection Department documenting correspondence received by the firm, before assuming an assistant to the Collection Manager position. After working as the manager's assistant, Ms. Gaspardo was promoted to be the Collection Department Trainer and floor supervisor and then the Assistant Collection Manager. She has been involved in many of the firm's community service initiatives. Ms. Gaspardo graduated with honors and earned a B.S. from Carroll University in 2009.
