Robert W. Kohn

Founder of Kohn Law Firm S.C.

Mr. Kohn attended Marquette University and received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He was an active member of many local and national debt collection associations, including the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, where he served on that group's Board of Directors.

Mr. Kohn was also a contributor to numerous periodicals, authored books on Wisconsin collection law and frequently lectured on debt collection topics for various professional associations. In addition, he lectured at the University of Wisconsin Law School and the Marquette University Dental School. He was also a certified mediator, which he continued to practice part-time in Santa Barbara during his retirement.

The firm recognized his 50 years of practice in 2010 and Bob passed away in 2018.
